Equestrian Supplies (2014) Ltd  takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that any personal information received is kept confidential. For sending information and for delivery of orders placed through our shop or via our website, it is necessary to disclose some personal information to third parties such as delivery contractors.


Customers who do not wish to have their personal information used for marketing by Equestrian Supplies (2014) Ltd are most welcome to indicate their desire at the time of purchase, in correspondence, at interview or any other point of contact with a representative of our company.

Credit Card Security

No customer credit card information is gathered, transmitted or retained by Equestrian Supplies (2014) Ltd . All purchases made from this website by credit card are processed solely through the third party secure payment processor paymentexpress (www.paymentexpress.co.nz)

Sales Policy


All prices are expressed in $NZ and GST inclusive.

Shipping and Handling

All goods are packed carefully by us. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, please contact us so that we can fix the problem. We only charge what it takes to get the product to your door. We do not make money from delivery.

We only ship to New Zealand addresses (excluding PO Box)

Deliveries through our courier service is usually achieved within 1-2 business days once payment has been received into our bank account.

Back Orders

If there is an unexpected delay on any of the products you have ordered, you will be notified by email ASAP. We will give you an estimated date of shipping, and you also have the right to cancel or change your order to another product if you wish.

In stock items are subject to availability from our suppliers and in stock items may not be available in store.

Returned Products

Please contact us as soon as possible if for any reason you require the goods to be returned.

We will accept change of mind returns for items purchased online subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice.
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.
  • Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
  • We will not accept change of mind returns for any items purchased that are on ‘Sale’ or otherwise discounted.
  • If you request an exchange, you must pay us any costs associated with us delivering the exchange item to you and, if the exchange item is of a higher value than the return item, you must also pay us the difference in price. Your exchange item will be shipped once you have paid for these costs and we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you (usually by us crediting your original payment method) once we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above conditions.

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown then we will meet the legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

If you could please also let us know the reason for your return of the product, so we can go about rectifying the problem or concern so it does not happen again.

Remittance Terms

Payment is required prior to any orders being shipped. We do not run accounts for our customers.
